Section 2, authorized in October 2020, features a 5.8 km addition to the prevailing 11.5 km stretch of Riverfront East.

Section 3 of the undertaking can be executed as a partnership between SOBHA Realty Dubai and the state authorities of Gujarat, symbolizing a shared imaginative and prescient to create sustainable, inclusive and vibrant city areas that uplift communities and promote financial progress.

The 4.5 km stretch in Section 3, on either side of the riverfront, can be aesthetically developed, reworking a further stretch of the Sabarmati riverfront.
