DAVOS: Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar on Thursday witnessed the signing of intergovernmental framework agreements between the Ministries of Communications, Railways and Maritime Affairs of Pakistan and the Authorities of Dubai, represented by DP World.
